Where is it happening?

Set on the Neva River in the centre of St Petersburg, the narrow stadium racetrack is surrounded by beautiful iconic buildings. The river presents the sailors with two knots of current and very shifty wind conditions. When the wind funnels down the river from the west it can blow really hard.

Where is the best place to watch?

The free to enter public Race Village is located right in the heart of St Petersburg on Zayachii island, at Peter and Paul Fortress, and the fleet will race on the River Neva against a historical backdrop that includes the world famous Palace Embankment, the site of the Winter Palace, and the Peter and Paul Fortress, between the famous Troitskiy and Drovtsovyy bridges.
